The LTP Voucher: a valid one-time only payment of eligible tuition and fees for an approved course. Immediate Access: Most full-time teammates are eligible for the Learning Together Program from their hire date.    Continuous Benefit: Employees can utilize this benefit for eligible expenses throughout their entire Boeing career. Tuition Coverage Details: Graduate Degrees: Up to $25,000 annually. Certificate Programs: Up to $10,000 annually. Individual Courses: Up to $5,000 annually. Special Provisions: Coverage also includes pilot’s license and select professional certifications. Grades, Credentials and Certificates: Courses are complete/incomplete based on attendance. Upon completion of the course, students will receive a grade report and an evaluation will be sent. Then you must upload your grade report in the Boeing LTP portal. Upon certificate completion, the certificate is processed and provided to the student, it may be given during the course or in a follow-up email. Students will upload the certificate of completion to LTP as their grade. Grades are due no later than 45 days from the course end date. Voucher Timeline: You can request LTP vouchers up to 60 days before your course starts. Enroll in courses even before securing your LTP voucher. Below, we've provided a step-by-step timeline to guide you through the LTP Process. Chart Your Course Step 1: Browse our comprehensive course catalog to find the training that aligns with your professional goals. Get Started Boeing LTP Voucher Step 2: Before enrolling, you'll need to request a voucher through Boeing's LTP portal. Once approved, this voucher confirms your eligibility, ensures tuition coverage and is available to download.   Enroll at WashU   Step 3: Here you have two options. 1) Enroll through the standard website checkout process. (Course Directory) 2) Return to this page to complete your enrollment via the form below. A TLCenter Representative will take care of setting up your registration and follow up if anything else is needed from you.     Confirmation & Next Steps Step 4: Once you, or a TLCenter representative, has submitted your enrollment, you'll receive a confirmation from us. We'll guide you through any additional steps or preparations for your course.  TLCENTER CANCELLATION POLICY: A full refund will be given when a registrant cancels more than five (5) business days prior to the start of the class. Cancellations received within 5 business days of the start of the class and no-shows will be billed in full. Another person may be substituted at any time at no additional charge. A request to transfer a class to a future date can only occur if the request is more than 5 business days prior to the start of class.  Otherwise, the request will be considered a cancellation and the policy will apply.
